John Hitchen's Retirement Dinner - Monday 7 October 2013

The retirement dinner for John Hitchen, BPA's National Coach & Safety Officer for over 30 years, will be held on Monday 7 October at the Leicester Marriott Hotel LE19 1SW, at £25 a head (by advance booking only, subject to availability). The Dinner Order form should be returned to the BPA Office. Hotel bedrooms, if required, should be booked direct with the Leicester Marriott (subject to availability) at the BPA rate of £100 per night double/twin, and £90 per night single occupancy, including full English breakfast.  Leicester Marriott Hotel Bedroom Bookings  For other hotels:  Go Leicestershire

The Dinner will be held at 1930 for 2000.  Dress will be suit and tie for men and evening wear for ladies.

Seating will be in rounds of 10, tables may be reserved if booking 10 tickets at the same time.  If the main course vegetarian option (v) is required, it must be ordered on booking.  Please advise on booking of any special dietary requirements, of which we shall notify the Hotel.  The menu is:


Cream of Tomato and Basil Soup, focaccia croutons (v)


Roast Breast of Chicken, rosemary and garlic roasted new potatoes, market vegetables, white wine velouté


or vegetarian option (available only if ordered at time of booking)

Porcini Mushroom Ravioli, nutmeg and spinach sauce, roasted leeks (v)


Vanilla Crème Brûlée, butter biscuits

Freshly Ground Coffee and Tea with Minted Chocolates
