BPA Disciplinary Procedure updated

The BPA Disciplinary Procedure has been updated in line with best current practice, which included taking independent external advice. Complaint(s) of a disciplinary nature received after Monday 3 July 2017 will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in the updated BPA Form 256 (issue 5, July 2017). All disciplinary complaints and cases received or started before that date will follow the procedure that was in place at the relevant time. Form 256 is downloadable from the BPA website (via the ‘Search Forms’ box) together with Form 256a, Disciplinary Procedure chart (issue 1, July 2017).
