I always
see positives. ("in SparkyWorld the sun always shines and we
do 12 jumps a day!")

your weaknesses?
I
can easily get frustrated when I can’t get a block or an exit
right despite drilling it loads of times.

do you like about being in an all-female team?
No big
egos, everyone is working together to produce a team result.
Although I would hope you get that on male and mixed teams.
