Click for the Operations Manual and Training Manuals.  Competition rules for the Nationals do not have a BPA Form number, and can be downloaded from the Nationals page.  The BPA Memorandum & Articles of Association, Accounts and Action Plan can be downloaded from the "What is the BPA?" page
